[Stgt-devel] MMC emulation documentation update

Please find attached a patch that adds a file README.mmc that
documents the current capabilities of the MMC emulation and also
provides examples on

1, how to create a LUN emulating a DVD device containing a blank
writeable DVD+R disk
2, how to make the device offline and swap the "disk" in the tray to a
different disk.
