This part is not correct.
iscsitarget-devel at lists.sourceforge.net is the mailing list for iSCSI
Enterprise Target project (IET), which is not tgt project. I had
maintained IET but we have never used IET mailing list for tgt.
FYI, our old mailing list is stgt-devel at lists.berlios.de.
