[stgt] [PATCH 0/3] Register targets if they exist when iSNS is turned On

Hello All,

Currently, one has to first turn on the iSNS befoer defining targets
if they want those targets to be registered. If the order is changed the 
targets will not be registered with the iSNS server.

This set of patches fixes that problem and registers all existing targets
when iSNS is enabled.
