Why? As long as you have the appropriate XSLT stylesheets locally
installed and properly registered in your XML catalog, then xsltproc
will happily use the local copies even if fed the SourceForge URLs.
Easily achieved by installing the proper packages (called docbook-dtds
and docbook-style-xsl on RHEL/CentOS/Fedora).
