I've copied 'README.iscsi' to README.passthrough.

I'm about 3/4 done updating README.passthrough with this information and 
will submit a patch (hopefully tomorrow)

I also plan on running some tests using NetBackup. I was hoping I was 
going to get time today, but 'work' got in the way.

Hopefully in the next couple of days I can run some load testing..
