[stgt] [PATCH 1/1] When running "make install" copy the html manpages to /usr/share/doc/tgt

Please find attached a very trivial patch to make "make install" copy
the html versions of the manpages into
/usr/share/doc/tgt



Maybe it can be automated to have the webpage link to the latest
version of these html-manpages?
