[stgt] [PATCH 0/3] Convert mutex locks to rwlock

Hello All,

Some of the locks are protecting link lists which are more read intensive
that write.

These set of patches convert the mutex locks to rwlock.

Please let me know if you have any comments.

This applies cleanly on the "thread" branch after "Delete and Add event
instead of modifying on the fly" that was sent a few minutes earlier.
