[stgt] [PATCH 0/2] Add support to create a thread per connection

Hello All,

The following set of two patches add support for creating thread per
connection. I am currently also working on a patch to make it configurable.
Will send that patch tomorrow.

Let me know if you have any comments.

This applies cleanly on the "thread" branch after 
 - "Delete and Add event instead of modifying on the fly"
   and
 - the set of patches that changes mutex locks to rwlock
