[stgt] [PATCH 0/1] tgt: readonly disk lun v1

This is a update of the previous patch posted by Ronnie to allow setting a
lun to readonly. Archive url list below.

In the archive there was discussion about per initiator readonly acl
attributes. The dual target example in email from Ronnie provided an
alternative using this patch that could address the readonly / rw
initiator group access in some usage models.

V1:
	- Updated patch against recent tree.
	- Removed the tgtadm PARAMETERS section change.
	- Moved device_type check from spc to sbc based on comments from
	  Ronnie.
