[stgt] Trouble with CA Arcserve and tgt virtual tape

Hy,
I have not forgotten this ! I had access again to the machine running 
arcserve.

Another problem is with the tape library, because it is not recognized 
correctly by ArcServe (it says 0 slots and 0 drives), but I will 
investigate on this later.
