[stgt] mmap backend

Hello,

I've just downloaded tgt v1.0.21 because it looks like an interesting
software package to me. I'd also like to use the mmap backend as
explained in the tgtadm man page. All my attempts to use that backend
it have failed so far. Does anyone have more information about this ?
