[stgt] [PATCH 0/5] Docs, block-size, fix crash

Hello Tomo-san,

This set splits out targets.conf documentation into its own page. Then
it adds the blocksize option previously posted, and documents it. Finally
the last two patches address some other issues in the code I found.
