[stgt] cannot unbind outgoing user

I'm unable to unbind an outgoing user, as tgtadm doesn't accept the
--outgoing argument,

# tgtadm --lld iscsi --mode account --op unbind --user user1 --tid 1 --outgoing
tgtadm: target mode: option '-O' is not allowed/supported
#

The following tiny patch fixes this:
