[stgt] [PATCH 2/3] tgtd: allow Ctrl-C to kill tgtd

When running tgtd in the foreground, killing it with ^C seems pretty
handy. Mike Christie says this behavior is a carry-over from the
initiator code, and should not be necessary here.
