[stgt] [PATCH] Update LBPPBE automatically

Tomo, please find attahced an updated patch top set LBPPBE automatically.

If the user has set the LBPPBE explicitely using TGTADM then we leave that value as is.
Otherwise, if the user has not set LBPPBE then we update it automatically everytime we open a backing file, according to the blocksize of the underlying filesystem.
