[stgt] Return offset of miscompare when verify fails

Please find a tiny patch series that adds a mechanism where we can send back proper information field and report at which offset a miscompare fails at.
Update SSC to use the new generic "update sense information field"
and also use this from a failed compare in COMPARE_AND_WRITE
