Its easy,

1. report bugs and post patches HERE, e.g send to the TGT maintainer
FUJITA Tomonori<fujita.tomonori at lab.ntt.co.jp> and cc to
<stgt at vger.kernel.org>

2. send the patches to the list, with proper subject line and change log
