This patch series adds two patches to SSC devices.

1, Make SSC honor the readonly attribute and respond as if the device is readonly protected. Patch includes pointer to SSC spec where this is defined.

2, Make SSC honor the "online/offline" attribute and when offline respond as if there is no media loaded in the device. Again patch contain pointer to SSC spec where "no medium loaded" behaviour is discussed.
