[stgt] [PATCH] Add support for mode subpages

Slow day today.
Please find a small patch that adds support for mode subpages.
The implementation is changed from a simple array of poitners to pages,
one pointer per pagecode, to a linked list.

I also add an example subpage for ControlExtensions.
