[stgt] [PATCH] Fix some flags in the standard INQ data

Tomo,

Please find a patch that fixes two flags in the standard INQ data that
we report incorrectly.

One of the flags is "obsolete" since SPC-2 and later
and the second flag should be set to 1 if we use LUN affress formats
as described in SAM, which we do.
