[stgt] BS_AIO is broken

One of the patches post 1.0.38 seems to have broken bs_aio and TGTD
coredumps immediately after the first few commands.
I havent had a look yet to try to find which patch broke it, but
unless someone else can have a look I can try to find which one it was
tomorrow
