[stgt] add lun to existing target

	Hi,

I am using stgt 1.0.24 from centOS 6.4.

When I add second LUN either form tgtadm or by editing targets.conf and restarting I can see the new LUN with 
tgtadm --lld iscsi --op show --mode target
but none of my initiators can't see it until I kill all the tgtd instances and start the daemon again.
