[stgt] [PATCH] Fix corrupted modesense data-in

Resending of the mode sense patch.

Please find a trivial patch that fixes modesense.
Two argumnents were swapped in one of the helper functions to write to the data-in buffer
with the result that any/all modesense buffers became corrupted.
This trivial patch fixes this and also contain description of the test I have added to make sure any
regressions for this would occur.
