[stgt] [PATCH 0/1] Add check/reporting of residuals for READ* commands

Please find a patch that adds proper checking of READ6/10/12/16 residual overflow/underflow to TGTD.

This only fixes READ*.  Later patches will come to add correct handling of residuals for otehr commands as well.

See commit message for the test command I have developed to verify this area of iSCSI/SCSI compliance.
