[stgt] [PATCH 0/2] Finish implementing REPORT SUPPORTED OPCODES

Please find two additional patches to REPORT SUPPORTED OPCODES that build on the
previous patch I sent.
Apply these after first applying that previous patch.

The first patch adds support for returning TimeoutDescriptors by setting RCTD in the request.
The second patch adds support for requesting a single opcode/service action and returning the cdb usage mask for it.

This command is described in SPC-4  REPORT SUPPORTED OPCODES


Tests for this opcode is available under libiscsi as :

iscsi-test-cu <iscsi-url> --test "SCSI.ReportSupportedOpcodes.*" -V
