[stgt] [PATCH] Add initial support for SANITIZE

Please find initial support for SANITIZE opcode.
Both block erase and overwrite is implemented, though only synchronous
operation.

See SBC3 for description of this opcode.


At a later stage it would be neat to change this to also support asynchronous
operation so that when IMMED==1 we fork off a separate thread to run the
sanitization.  That can come later.
