[stgt] Problem of NTFS Format from Windows7

Hi,

I'm in trouble with NTFS format from Windows7 client, when I use
tgt-1.0.36 and set backend to rawdisk.

rawdisk --- tgt --- Windows7 Client(initiator)

I verified that NTFS format was possible when I use tgt-1.0.34.

And I also verified NTFS format was not possible, when I applied the
patch(commit hash: d7af3dc1652acd61da8827fd4c58f2c8f6e3a1b0) to tgt-1.0.34.

I think that patch includes bug.
