[stgt] [PATCH] Add support for sending NOP-IN on iSCSI v2

Please find version 2 of my patch to add sending NOP and pinging that 
initiators are alive.

This version has changed the variables to be nop_interval/nop_count instead of noop_*

It also corrects the documentation and states we send NOP-IN to the initiator, not
NOP-OUT,   as Alexander noticed in the previous version.
