[stgt] [PATCH] Fix ModeSense6

Please find a small patch that fixes two bugs in mode-sense
ModeSense must have been broken for a while.

1, Fix two arguments that were swapped in set_byte_safe() which led to the mode sense data-in alays beeing corrupt, so initiators can not read it.

2, These commands never return residual under/overflow so dont set the residuals for them

Libiscsi test suite verifies that these issues are fixed now in
./bin/iscsi-test-cu iscsi://127.0.0.1/iqn.ronnie.test/1 --test SCSI.ModeSense6.* -V
