look for installed packages which are not in available packages

This patch adds function "getAllPackages()". In synchronizeProfile it does not
just remove a packages, but marks it for removal (i.e. do it in trash first),
and later compares "installed packages" against "all packages". If there is a
zombie - meaning an installed package not in "all packages" - throw out an
error and go on according to "quitonerror" or not. If the installed package is
in "all packages", but not in "available packages", it is removed as intended.
