[wpkg-users] Installing WPKG-start

Hi Daniel,

I think the point in setting it up as a service is to allow package 
deployment even in environments where users don't have Admin rights.
Running it from a registry key in the manner you've described would mean 
any software installation/uninstallation would be performed with the 
privileges of the user logging in.
