Loglevel patch against wpkg-1.0-rc5

Patch for more loglevels: check,debug,packages,system

Nearly the same as #88 but againts wpkg-1.0-rc5

Function Level Name
dinfo     8    AUDIT_SUCCESS  log audit success
sinfo    16    AUDIT_SYSTEM   log system details
cinfo    32    AUDIT_CHECKS   log check details
pinfo    64    AUDIT_PACKAGES log package details
