[wpkg-users] permissions problem after settings update

Thanks for that, I'll try ALLUSERS as a workaround.  Am I correct that ALLUSERS=1 
must be applied at the initial installation thus:

msiexec /qb /i \\tesla\wpkg\client\WPKGSetup.msi ALLUSERS=1 
SETTINGSFILE=\\tesla\wpkg\client\settings.xml

In other words, ALLUSERS is a parameter to the msi file and is not included in the 
settings.xml file?  If so, do I have to reinstall the client on the machines that 
were initially installed without ALLUSERS=1?
