Hi,

could we get a switch in config.xml to disable the download function of wpkg.js
when there are <download..> entries in packages.xml?

I'm using a similar structure for my webinterface and all the packages are
downloaded with a special script to the server and I wouldn't want wpkg to
download them again onto the local client's harddisk.
