I don't claim VMware is unsupported.

Microsoft does not support Windows running under VMware or other virtualization
solutions (unless they are Microsoft).

This is clearly an issue, but is easier to reproduce under VMware.

As I said earlier (not in bugzilla), I will have the "logon delay" code
reviewed.
