That's correct, no errors, it almost looks as if you have a 'clean' 
profile or none at all so it doesn't do anything, it's really weird.  
The server lives on a NETAPP file server that uses NFS but so does the 
test WPKG server that is working.

I'll do some network based troubleshooting and get back..
