If you set up a timeout which is not long enough, system will just shut 
the system down before the installation is ready.

Set it to 120 minutes if you're not sure, which is the maximum.
Of course, similarly to the logon delay, if installation takes less, 
shutdown won't be delayed for full 120 minutes.

But if you didn't test your installers properly, and one of them i.e. 
hangs waiting for user input, 120 minutes will have to pass before the 
system shuts down.
