This is because you hand edited the XML file (did you?), and now it's 
not entirely valid.
You should not remove the values like seconds, even if you're not using 
a script.


So either:

- correct the settings.xml file by hand, and add seconds;then import, 
the corrected fileor,

- open up GUI, choose script, enter values, then go back to "the ping 
method", export
