New set of scripts which work with almost all applications.

I did a small update on installer.cmd and updated the VLC example. The latest
VLC version installs directly to the given path as specified with /D= -
unfortunately this means it installs directly to %ProgramFiles% when using the
example. Even worse, VLC uninstaller is very dumb and removes the whole
directlry as specified in /D=. This means it's going to remove your whole
%ProgramFiles% when uninstalling :-(
Really bad decision by VLC developers, this could kill some systems in the
future. So you need to specify %ProgramFiles%\VideoLAN\VLC or to get the same
effect as in pre-0.9.9 versions.
