I just started using WPKG for my samba domain and have successfully
installed some of the application listed on the site. I would also like
to be able to push installs of "most" applications to my windows clients
above and beyond what is currently available on the site.

Is anyone familiar with modifying msi files by way of mst to do silent
installs, is this even possible? What about installing an exe using
wpkg in conjunction with AutoIT?

One of the hurtles I am having with silent installs is site specific
configurations. While I know what needs to be configured, getting it to
be part of the silent install is the issue. For example I need to
install MIT's Network Identity Manager which requires a few
configuration selections in addition to adding a URL for pulling site
specific kerberos configuration.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks.
