[wpkg-users] Special install command not working (solved)

My svn log shows that it only works using:

- <install cmd='"cmd.exe /C 
\\whale\wpkgsoftware\arm\ARM_RVDS_40\rvds_4_0_stn_sp2\dist_362_all-all\u
-blox_rvds31_installer.cmd"' />
+ <install cmd="cmd.exe /C 
\\whale\wpkgsoftware\arm\ARM_RVDS_40\rvds_4_0_stn_sp2\dist_362_all-all\u
-blox_rvds31_installer.cmd" />

The line where + is

So this is solved
