What about using minus "-" and plus "+" ?

1.0RC1 is lower than 1.0, why not using 1.0-1 ?
1.0MR1 is greater than 1.0, why not using 1.0+1 ?

Each RC, MR, a, b & co are greater or lower, abstract all with "+" and "-".

1.0-1.1: version 1.1 before 1.0 (but after 0.9).
1.0+0.2: version 0.2 after 1.0 (but before 1.1).
