OMG, I should use a spellchecker...

FIX: Fixed typo in install-success notification:
     "Package and all chained packages ininstalled successfully."
     changed to
     "Package and all chained packages installed successfully."
     Thanks to Stefan Pendl for reporting.
     Fixes Bug 163.
