[wpkg-users] Old program installing then uninstalling

could you please send us a complete debug log of this machine?

Perhaps things get clearer then.
You have to set the parameters  logLevel, log_file_path and - if needed
- logfilePattern
in config.xml or at wpkg.js command line to get such a file.
