No, it's not officially released yet. But the wrong link on SF page is due to
the fact that I already started the re-structuring process. Version 1.1 has been
moved to the stable tree and 1.0 has been moved to the end-of-life tree.

So if you're looking for 1.1 check here:

I've marked 1.0 as end-of-life since the Doodle poll
(<http://www.doodle.com/xdvm69fam9e75ibt>) clearly states that everybody seems
to agree to switch to version 1.1.0 (which is in fact 100% compatible).

So expect a release of 1.1.0 very soon.
