BTW, with that setting, the service does exit most of the time, but not 
always.  And usually it keeps running for quite a few minutes after wpkg.js 
has long finished (sorry, no more precise timing).  In this state, net stop 
wpkgservice won't work as the service fails to quit on the stop command.  This 
is somewhat annoying when trying to (re)start the service a few times in a row 
for testing.  Killing the process does the trick, though.
At least this is the case with 1.3.9 and 1.3.10 on XP Pro SP3/x86
