[wpkg-users] How install package on user logon by admin rights?

I need install some packages by admin rights after first user logon on this
computer.. What is the matter? All WPKG scripts executed on machine before
user authorisation.
Can I install some WPKG packages with admin rights after user logon?
NOTE: I use WPKG service to control PC inside and outside windows domain
(cental office in domain, affiliates  - in workgroups)
