Hello!

I have the same problem with the most current stable version 1.3.9 but with
this version it seems that the Offline mode is no longer necessary. The new
client tries to connect to the wpkg-share if this fails you get the Windows
logon-screen and don't have to wait until maximum logon delay expires. So the
new client without offline mode works fine when the old client(1.2.1) with
offline mode fails .

Could anyone please confirm this behaviour?
