I just tried it and it does not show up.  Maybe I have not explained
myself good enough.   I have a domain admin user called wpkg which has
admin rights.  The wpkg process runs under this user at login time no
matter what real user logging in to the machine.  Lets say a usernamed
Joe logs in.  Joe does not have admin rights.  Wpkg runs at login time
with user wpkg but the wpkgMessage does not show on Joe's screen.
