The commands install, upgrade, downgrade and remove could benefit from an
architecture attribute as it is now possible at the host and profile level.

Instead of:   <install cmd="%ComSpec% /c if %PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE% == AMD64
...

It would be:  <install architecture="x64" cmd=" ...
